Hi all, I've just restarted ss after a break of about 6 months.....I had lost 8 stone......have put about a stone on in the last 6 months so back to loose that and hopefully another 2 stone on top of that! So far all is going well! Just hope I can find the positive determined side of me I found last time round!!

good luck lou lou, i'm on day 1 and a returner to Cambridge. sounds like you have had fantastic success in the past welldone!
but once I took a break just couldnt get back into it! Guess now the time is right for me as I'm not feeling the struggle this time! Good luck to you too xSimilar threads
