Can anyone tell me the syns in these please? Am having one tonight for tea, thank you
, sorry just correcting they are steaks not fillets! silly me

These are 12.5 on Red/EE and 17.5 on Green. Hope this helps

Wow that is high. Thanks for finding that out for me, I was thinking about 6 per steak. I won't be getting anymore
