Although I don't have a recipe as such my suggestion would be to make in small ramekins.
I would stew the apple and add Splenda to taste. Remember to syn the apple.
Then I would place this in a frylight sprayed ramekin. Then I would crumble up 2 alpen lights on top (HEB) or use 28g Alpen high fibre (HEB) or make 1 HEB wholemeal bread into breadcrumbs (add a bit of splenda) and spray with frylight and either cook in the oven or nuke in the microwave
Low fat synned could be used with flour synned and splenda if preferred. It all depends how few syns you would want to use
