Have you tried Cellulite Dry Brushing? Does it work?
For those of you who do not know what it is, it is the technique of using a loofah or a natural bristle brush in slow circular motions on areas affected by cellulite. It is supposed to increases circulation flow, helps break up the fat deposits and removes dead skin cells and toxins.
I have only done it a few times. It is such hard work, like sanding down wood!! I will have to do it more regular to been able to say if it does anything. I normally do it before I go in the bath or shower and recently I follow it up by applying essential oils especially for cellulite

Hi MissBooty... I do the dry brushing before a bath or shower... When I remember :) Like you I need to do it more often but I figure it can't be doing any harm!

I am not sure if it works, but a number of magazines and a detox book by Carol Voderman recommended dry skin brushing.

I assume there are benefits if used consistently. I only use the my Bodyshop cactus brush now and again - mainly before a summer holiday. Hope you get results:D

Ive been doing it on and off for a couple of months, I remember to do it abt 3-4 times a week and moisturiser or firming body lotion regularly. Things are definately less bumpy, its still there but smoother, not as horrendous looking!

Xx
