Halls soothers!!!! Help!

Ok, no biggie as have only had a couple each day and have the syns to play with. BUT!! I have the sugar free ones and they arent listed on the website-only halls soothers all varieties-nothing about the variety of sugar free ones. It says online 2 soothers for 1.5 syns...just wondering if sugar free will be less-anyone have a clue?? Ta folks, xx

Does it have the nutrition on the packet anywhere? If so you can work it out as the 1 syn per 2 calories rule. If not then I dont know, sorry.

OK it says here Halls Cough Drops - HALLS® Sugar Free they are 5 calories each, so it would be two for half a syn, four for one syn.

U wouldn't happen to know the syn value for trebor spearmint softmints per mint???

No, they definitely have the nutrition on them so just work it out, 1 syn per 20 calories.
