Hi ,
firstly please excuse the bloomin thread title my iPhone really annoys me :-(

Has anyone calorie counting moved on to that from a VLCD?
I'm looking at what's best to do. I really think that if I can have whatever I want to eat as long as I'm under my calories, I'm less likely to binge on stuff!

I've put on a bit of glycogen because I had the night off my shakes last night! I realise I may gain a lb or 2 but I'm hoping I'd lose pretty quickly what I gain!!

Any advice please :-D
Oh and sorry if you get asked this alot, I'm on my phone and it's a bugger to search for stuff :)
