Starbucks has the nutritional info for all their stuff on their website - you can work out the syns using 1 syn per 20 calories
 
Thanks! Its 316 calories so worked it out to be 16 syns is that right then how do I deduct HEXA?? xx

Just take 6 syns off as your HEXA, leaves you with 10 syns.
