SW Chips

Hi - not tried these yet. I do red days so if I were to have some, have much could I have (in terms of potato weight) and how many sins would that be please. Thanks

Old potatoes including skins are 1.5 syns for 57g. (You must leave the skin on).

A medium potato is about 250g I think so about 6.5 syns. Potatoes aren't very good on red days, I'd do an Extra Easy or Green if you wanted SW chips tbh.

You don't get alot on a red day as Ermintrude says, but I have to admit I still have them! You can have 227g with skin on as a HEXB. Its not alot but I tend to make wedges and then have a heap of chilli and a HEXA of cheese...
