Day two

Well day two is here and I'm
Feeling fab, not hungry slight dull headache, had a litre of water already first shake soon, already been walking with my little girl but forgot something so have to go out again! Hate weekends too much temptation around but as I'm more determined this time I'm hoping it's gonna be easier!

Just made my vanilla and poured it in glass then my son knocked it all over the bloody floor! So only 2 shakes today! I'm f****n starving!

Take all 3 shakes and just buzz the chemist ESP in your 1st few days you will need them!!

I'm sure you can buy an extra shake if you explain!
