Pre-Packed Stirfry Packs

If it's all zero point veggies then no. I've certainly not pointed them

Yeah I normally put them as 0PP also, but i think I read before somewhere online if there Pre packed they have oil in them or something. Hope it's not case as it's ally cheaper than buying all the veg seperate!

If oil has been used to package fresh stirfry, it should state it on the ingredients label. I use both fresh and frozen stir fry when cooking as the fresh stuff will not last until I next go shopping.

Tesco frozen value stir fry works out at 3PP for 100g, using info from the label. Most of these points come from the peas it contains.

To be on the safe side I work out the points from the nutritional info and decide where to go from there, more often than not it does turn out to be 0 with the fresh pack stuff.

I have an asda fresh tastes one and it's all fresh but coming out at 2 points it's the mushroom one x

Thats probably because if you calculate veggies, they do have points (albeit not many) but since WW declares them free....I'm going with that. :D
