I have been shopping this morning and got loads of veg etc for tea tonight (im doing a red day) and have forgotten to get and meat or fish. Its too far to go back again. Any ideas what I could have for tea please?? without spoiling my day.

Could your chicken be your second HEB on a green day and then have you got any pasta or jacket potato you could have for dinner?

Or alternatively if you still want it to be a Red day have you got a tin of tuna you could have a salad? (I know.. Another one!)

My advice, Go extra easy tonight.
You can then have some pasta or rice or potatoes as long as you have 1/3 superfree food.

Bear in mind you only get one HEX-A and B all day though so your milk would be your A and depending on what it is, your cereal would be B.

I'd be tempted to use the chicken as a HEB, syn the crispbreads and switch to green.

Alternatively, you could do something with eggs or if you have any tinned salmon or similar you could stick with red.

Mmmm I have tuna and salmon but I bought carrots, broccoli and cauli and they dont really go with that do they!!!

They certainly do go. I'm a great fan of broccoli. It goes with everything! Salmon and broccoli is a fantastic combination.

Thanks Sassia I've had fresh salmon with broccoli loads of times but never tinned think this is what is putting me off.

I don't think people realised it was tinned!
Why not do an EE day and do a tinned salmon and broccoli pasta bake? Tinned salmon is good in pasta.

Oh tinned......or tinted as my phone wanted me to say! No idea what to do with tinned....

Erm..... I'm vegetarian.....pass!
