Popcorn as healthy extra (tweak?)

I realized that 28g of popcorn (just the stuff that you can pop yourself) has 5.5 syns.

BUT it contains WAY more fibre than anything else I've seen or is available as a HEXB
(7.6 grams oer 50 grams of popcorn)

I tried it and once you pop it, it's quite a lot :)

Is it just one of my tweaks or is it actually listed as a HEX B somewhere online?

Lol :) I already added it to the tweak-section in this forum but wanted to make sure!

Mmm I ordered some popcorn from Tesco and you've just made me realise it hasn't turned up dammit! Was going to make spicy chilli popcorn for Saturday! :(

Not tried it yet but found a recipe in a magazine:

Spiced chilli popcorn: (serves 5 according to the recipe - 20 syns for the whole lot)

100g popcorn kernels
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp cracked black pepper
2 tsp mixed spice

Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/Gas 6
Cook popcorn kernels (takes a couple of mins in microwave with no fat I think. Best to put it in a paper bag or something.)
Toss the popcorn with the spices, tip onto a baking tray and put in the oven for 5 min until crispy and spices are fragrant (As we'd be doing them without fat I guess it'd be best to spray them with a little Fry Light first to make the spices stick)
Sprinkle with a pinch of salt
Will keep in an airtight container for up to a week
