Right, ive been doing slimming world for 1 week now and lost 3lb in my first week, yippeeeeee and am hoping to have a loss this week.
I have just turned 30 and have got about 2 stone to loose so thought id start a diary online and hopefully you can give me some tips......
Ive decided to stick with the Extra Easy
Tuesday -
A - 250ml semi skimmed milk
B - 2 x alpen light bar
Cous cous, green pepper, tuna in brine, tomato, spring onion
Italian mushroom, garlic and origano pasta (from slimming world website)
Fruit
No syns used today!!
Wednesday -
A - 250ml semi skimmed milk
B - 2 x Alpen Bar
Jacket potato, baked beans, salad
Special fried rice (from slimming world web site) - 1 syn
(I know there isnt much fruit on here but im waiting to go food shopping tomorrow :break_diet
Total Syn = 1
