Cheese!

I love cheese but am confused about how much you can eat. I have the books and it says up to 115g, and the Atkins website states the carb count etc. If the cheese wrapper states 0.1g carb per 100g, I take it I count exactly as per the label? And should eat no more that the 115g per day?
 
If your following the book (orange cover) strictly...the recommended limit on induction is 90-110g (3-4 oz). Regardless of what the carb content is on the packaging you shouldn't eat more than this amount.
