Carb content - Vegetables

I'm getting myself confused! I have 3 Atkins books and have been on loads of different websites and everything seems to contradict each other. If the veggie has a label with a carb content on I will take that as fact but where do people refer to if the nutritional value isn't on the packet?
 
I use my Collins Gem Carb Counter Book if there's no nutritional label or myfitnesspal for a rough estimate.
