Today is my 9 WI and I lost another 3lbs, which makes the total of 45lbs = 3st 3lb!!!
I'm so happy Just needed to share with you! :happy036:

wow!! that is amazin Biggie...huge well done and to lose so much in only 9 weeks.

I hope i manage to lose as much xx. Do you stay on TS or do you mix it around with WS?

I've been 100%TS since 11 May. No AAMW or AAM days so far. I just can't be bothered But I may do a few days or a week after my holiday (in a month or so). Yes, after. I will stay 100%TS during my holiday, cos I'm visiting my family, and they accepted me not eating
