you can work them all out yourself using 1 syn/20 calories - easy peasy!

I dont have any access, Im not an online member or group

You dont need online access - what Circes means is because there is no free food in any of these things you can calculate the syns yourself from the data on the packet -just divide the number of calories by 20.
