If you really wanted a quick bite of something solid - not saying I do right now, I feel pretty good today - but what would be better -
A piece of sandwich ham presumably has added sugar and stuff in it?
A boiled egg? (we have chickens and now I stopped eating them the eggs are piling up)
Any other suggestions?
