Just saw this recipe on the sw website and really want to make these for my weekend away. Anyone know if I can marianate for longer than is described ie if I make it up on the fri and cook on the sat? As I doubt I'll have time to make it on the sat, if that makes sense.........

Here you go, looks really easy to make as well................

5*
(*Add 6 Syns per serving if not using chicken as a Healthy Extra)

ingredients

3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce
680g chicken breasts, cut into 1" cubes

method

1. Mix together the honey, vinegar and soy sauce. Toss the chicken cubes in the mix to coat thoroughly, and leave to stand for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
2. Heat a frying pan, add the chicken cubes and marinade. Cook on a high heat for about 20 minutes, until all the liquid has absorbed into the chicken. Stir regularly to prevent burning.
3. When the chicken is thoroughly cooked, serve immediately on a bed of crispy salad.

I'd presume the longer you can marinade it for the better! :)

Sounds delish :)

Mmm sounds yum - might try this at the weekend!

I agree with Ro1sin - the longer you marinade it the more it will absorb the flavours. Enjoy!!

Absolutely love this recipe! Sometimes pop it onto wooden skewers with some chopper onions, mushrooms and peppers, which make great kebabs in the summer :)

had this the last couple of nights! I marinated for a day and a half the longer the better! Diet , what diet?
