So the cramps have gone and I've decided to stop faffing about,get my head in gear and get this weight shifted! I weigh 116.2kg this morning-2.1kg less than last week! But if I'd stuck to it it'd b a lot less than that!
My reasons for losing weight is to see my kids grow up (I have 4)
And for a better body image.

I'm Hoping to do the local half marathon next year and can do approx 2 miles stopping and starting (amazing considering I couldn't run to the end of the street 5 weeks ago)
