I miss sausages! Can't seem to find any that taste ok and warrent the calories in them.
Hope someone knows of some :)

There used to be some 5% fat ones in a green pack that were made with rice grains in instead of rusk but I can't remember the brand :( they were lovely!! Firm and well sized ;) my kind of sausage!!!

I have Quorn sausages, I think they are 98kcals per sausage which is alot but as a treat I really enjoy them with some swede and carrot mash.

Venison sausages are quite tasty and low calorie in comparison to pork. I get the Scottish Slimmers ones, 55cals a sausage, but Tescos sell Highland Game ones which ate also pretty tasty.

Or Asda do turkey sausages, which are gorgeous, I don't know the calories for them though

Oooh might try the venison ones. Ate they coarse cut? I'm not keen on those ones.

I live quorn stuff, but the sausages are the only things I don't like! Real shame.

hi I have just bought tesco finest traditionally made pork chipolatas, 140 calories for two, so worth it I think...xx

I went to Wetherspoons last night and had their vegetarian sausages and mash meal (3 sausages, mash, gravy and peas for 550 cals, according to their calorie tracker.) Really nice! Doesn't taste anything like a meat one, of course, but really nice nonetheless.

I love Tesco's Light Choices Cumberland Sausages - 165 for two and they are proper juicy!

These sound yummy, I may have to spend a bit more time in the sausage isle next time I go to the supermarket and see what they have.

They are really nice - and don't taste like 'diet sausages' if that makes sense. Proper decent, juicy, chunky sausages :D

Weight watchers sausages are gorgeous. Only small though. But there small, fat and tasty.... Yum
