I'm new to ww but have come up with a couple of breakfasts that seem to fill me up for hours:
Posh Porridge
Serves 1 for 6pp
30g Porridge Oats (3pp)
30g Sultanas (2pp)
1 apple chopped into bitesize pieces
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Granulated sweetener to taste
100ml skimmed milk (1pp)
Bung it in a big bowl and nuke for 2-3 mins. Watch it doesn't boil over, it's a sod to clean up!
Give it a good stir and add more milk or water if you want a thinner porridge.
Enjoy!
Eggs Em's Way
Serves 1 for 6 pp
2 medium free range eggs (4pp)
1 spring onion
15g parmesan (2pp)
Basically this is an omlette, just squirt a small frying pan with some frylight, get to a good heat and chuck the onions in, cook them for a wee while then pour in the eggs and agitate them till they start to set. I do that by sort of whisking it in the pan with a fork. Lay the cheese over and cook till the eggs are nearly set, Fold in half and serve. I like mine with a tin of tomatoes warmed with lots of pepper and a little chilli.
