lol....didnt know what info you needed...its a 283g tin!!!

Love these on top of tuna chunks warmed up...lovely but i think its gonna be pretty high in syns!!!

I calculate 9 syns if you use mushrooms as a Free food, 11.5 syns if you dont (thats for the whole tin).

EEEK! think ill save them for a week when i havent had 2 takeaways!! lol
