Sausage question...

Ive been looking into getting a sausage maker jut have also just discovered 'joes sausages'. I know these will be free on a red day as long as the meat is lean BUT what about on a green day, could I use the meat as a healthy extra? For instance if I were to make my own sausage with a he of meat would that still count as a he in a sausage?!
Also Joes havr apprtently been certified as free on slimming world, so could I weigh a sausage ot two and use them as a he on green?

Hope that makes sense, thanks in advance

The certificate is only good for a few more weeks are SW HQ are no longer going to certify butcher products as syn free.

On green days it would be a straight 1 syn for every 20 calories if you can find out the nutritional information. But yes you could use lean meat from your HEB to make your own sausages if you wish.
