Am wanting to start lipotrim but think i will need the gp programme am worried that they will tell me i cant do it for some reason has this happened to anyone before

Hi ya, I thought I might be refused as Im on meds for hypertension and underactive thyroid but I was ok as long as I understood the need to visit gp for regular med reviews. Unless you are type 1 diabetic or underweight I can't see why they won't let you join.
The pharmacist didn't even deal with me it was a shop asst who had been on a course to enable her to run the program.

You'll be fine take a trip down there, you watch a dvd at home and then can go and pick the food sachets up the same day.
Go for it you have nothing to lose but weight!

The shop assistant assess's you but the pharmacist has to approve (the sheet you fill).

Lipotrim actually benefits you in so many ways and health is one of them. So hopefully you will get through ok :)

I used to have an underactive thyroid slinkydinky...it really sucks, especially with weight issues. Let me know how it goes for you.

i had to ask today although im not starting for a few weeks (getting some family events and babys 1st birthday out the way) i had to tell them i have depression and have just been told i have post natal :-( but the assistant said as long as my dr knows and oks it it should be fine

hey yummy mummy,im starting because of blood test results i got back and i need to improve my health hun,i doubt they will refuse you! going to collect my first weeks shakes in the morning,im so nervous,i really hope i can do it tis time and keep it off,my health is suffering so i think ill be more determined to keep at it,life and death at this stage :( good luck hun,i hope you get it! x

You shouldn't have any problem but if you do I would seriously suggest that you go and give Lipotrim Howard Foundation or is it Group a phone call. Just be straight up and blunt with them about all medical problems you currently have or have had and they will tell you whether or not it will suit you going onto tfr. They are very understanding and they may even speak with your GP and or Pharmacist for you if you would like them to or ask them to.

So you know what you want and all you have to do is give them a tinkle on the phone (if you have to leave a voicemail message then do so as they will call you back ASAP)
