food diary time to keep me on track!!!

hey everyone,
i'm sort of new on here so thought I would post my food diary to try and keep me on track!! here goes today...

Breakfast:
2 x Weetabix (HEA)
250ml milk (HEB)
coffee
Strawberries
Banana

Dinner:
Chicken and mushroom pasta and sauce
Apple
water

Tea:
Pork
slimming world roasties
carrots + brocolli
3 x yorkshire puds = 13.5 syns
gravy - 4 syns
new potatoes
water

snacks:
milky way = 5 syns
strawberries + jelly - 1 syn


syns in total = 23.5
so bad I know but have hardly any all week!! on average 5 a day!

tomorrow is weigh in and so lets wait and see what happens!!
