Hi! I have been too shy to post but I thought if I started a dairy, I'd get a little more courage. I am due to start Cambridge 790kcal program tomorrow, my councellor has just delivered the products and I'm very excited to start. I will try to post in my dairy everyday and will also tell you all how I'm getting on. I understand that with the sole source program, a loss of about 14lbs a month is expected, with the 790kcal program it is about 10-12lbs.. is this correct?
