I now have a large bruise!!

I went to step last Saturday as normal and after working my usual 45 hour week I was so tired I caught my heel on the corner of the step and fell! Ended up on the floor surrounded by the step, the 4 risers and me in a big pile in the middle. I laughed like you do to save my embarrassment and got up and carried on. (typically the class was full to bursting and I'm at the front ) I now have the biggest bruise I have even seen on my thigh and i go on holiday on Sunday!
To make matters worse on Sunday I opened my wardrobe door on my FACE!! heavens know how, but I now have a lovely bruise next to my eye!
The sooner i finish work and get on the plane the better!
Feel free to laugh, i can only imagine what I sight i looked lying on the floor surrounding by a step

I'm like the walking wounded! I also ate for 2 days (Tue and Wed) which really hasn't helped my mood! How on earth my hubby lives with i don't know! x

You poor thing, I hope you didn't feel too much pain when you fell.

As for opening your wardrobe into your face...been there is some shape or form myself....did anyone see it??? I hope not, it can be embarrassing lol not laughing at the pain you felt coz right near to your eye is very sensitive OUCH. I got my eyebrow bone, still remember the pain.

Roll on your holiday eh?? The sun will soon cover up your bruise hun. Do you have ARNICA GEL??? Works well on bruises and aches, it's best to use straight away but may still work now.
