Making a mousse...

Have any of you guys tried making the moouse? I tried with the vanilla and a bit of coffee and it tasted yuk, but I am wondering did I make it right cos it wasnt exactly a moouse consistancy more a puree look.

Have you any tips on how to make it and what flavour is nicest?

I have heard of someone using a coeled mint tea to make it up with the chocolate shake. That sounds delicious. But again how do you make the moouse?
