I havent got any, and Im not going to eat any, Im just curious. If you ate a babybel light, surely it wouldnt do too much damage, or knock u out of ketosis, would it?

i'm guessing it wouldn't because on atkins you can have cheese and remin in ketosis but whether that would be a babybel because they are aimed at kids and that usually means they add sugar. the problem is could you stop at one?

The Original, Bonbel and Gouda varieties of Mini Babybel cheese contain just three ingredients: pasteurized cultured milk, enzymes and salt.

Won't knock you out of ketosis, I have them on SS+, but are you meant to be on SS...just take care because if you keep having things that 'aren't allowed' so to speak, it could be the start of a slippery slope.

Nope, it wouldn't knock you out of ketosis.

But being on Cambridge isn't about whether you're in or out of ketosis. It's about drastically reducing your calorie intake so that you have the speediest weight loss possible. And Babybel Lights have calories in them - 50 each, to be precise.

And cheese is one of those very more-ish foods. Could you honestly, hand on heart, only have one if you had a bag of them in the fridge? Or would you do what most of us do, and end up eating all six of them? :) :sigh:

Don't do it. Stick to SS for as long as you can - and if SS is too hard, move to SS+ and eat the allowed foods on that plan instead. It really is a slippery slope, as Poppysparkle says, if you start eating things that aren't on the plan.

Far better to have an extra shake if you're struggling, or at the very least, something that's on the SS+ list.
