Help Please - Syn Values

Hi everyone.
I would like to go to a class tomorrow but funds are limited due to £600 car repair.
I have checked out food in the house which I could have for the next week but would like to know syns please before I decide to go to a class:-
Oatso simple - instant pots - golden syrup
Tesco - light choices - spag and meatballs
Tesco - frozen - Simply roast chicken breast joint

If they are Healthy Extras or low syn then I can afford the £10 join fee!

Tesco - light choices - spag and meatballs- 20 for the whole packet

I can only find chilled items for the last one. If there is nothing added such as a sauce or butter etc then it shouldn't be bad, make sure there's no visible fat!
