SS+ losses?

Hi.I just wondered what the SS+ losses are like?I have 7 weeks before I go away and I want to loose a minimum of 2 stone,is this possible?xxx

between ss and ss+ i never noticed a difference.

Same here not much difference my CDC quoted that you lose 1/4lb more on ss than ss+ dunno how accurate that is. I did SS first 9 weeks SS+ for the other 8 weeks

 

SO MUCH TO LOSE!

I on ss+ and my losses are very good so far.I was told the average difference between ss and ss+ is around 2lb per month so its only minimal.
You most certainly could loose 2 stone within the 7 weeks hun,just stick to it by the book and you`ll do great.

have lost 18lb in 3 weeks on SS+ so am pleased with the results and having that little meal to look forward to helps keep me on track each day x Good luck with which ever plan you choose x
