well Wk 7 and lost another 4 and half pounds thats 34lbs all together, but now changing to exante total solution, costs less and more variety also still very focused and motivated so feel able to carry on without weekly support of pharmacy,but would like to thank you all for your support and inspiration,so keep up the good work and good luck on your life changing journey, hugs xxx:wave_cry:
