I finally joined the gym last night, I only did a little bit although I was there for ages, it was my induction. The people are really friendly there.
I burnt off 200cals just on the treadmill and crosstrainer and thought, "great, but I'm only consuming 415 cals per day, surely I should'nt be doing this". And today, I feel quite light headed as I sit here. I didnt drink half as much as I should have yesterday so I would say it's a mix of the two why I feel like this. I don't know if I should continue with the cardio though. I plan to go back possible tonight or tomorrow to be shown some free weights which I know will be hard but I would have thought that I wouldnt be burning off nearly as many cals than when doing cardio. I really don't want to be ill. I can't up my plan either coz I really do have to ss coz I can't be trusted yet to keep within the portion size etc... I would feel safer doing cardio if I was on the 790 plan but just can't do it yet. Your suggestions would be most appreciated hun.
