Please help... advice needed!

I have been doing lipotrim for 3 weeks with very good results! I think it has confirmed that low carbs are the answer for me! and cutting out alcohol:D
anyways... today I have been thinking lots about whether I want to go back on saturday for more! really don't know whether I can cope with the shakes for another week (as I only like one flavour) and I am getting to the point where i keep picking at protein foods. but I really don't want my weight loss to slow down either! I am really confused as to what to do:sigh: do I stick with lipotrim as I had planned for another 2 weeks or do I switch to atkins? and is that easy to do? and what would my loses be like? would they stop due to dramatic increase in calories?

sorry for so many questions but I really need to get this weight of once and for all, as i have failed so many times at normal diets.

well i know i could not do another sachet !! why dont you do 2 sachets and then protein and veg for tea ............. meanwhile read up on atkins and pick a date then make the shift ......... good luck x
 
Lol must! I think for some there comes a point where you really can't do another sachet. I advise reducing packs by one a week - not one a day. Pretty soon you will be on 20g a day - one pack. But on Induction the 20g carbs needs to come mostly from leafy vegetables. Doing it gradually means the switchover should be far less painful than it might have been.

Also the amount of food and calories added will be less than if you switch suddenly. Eat nourishingly low carb the rest of the time and you will be fine!
