Today.. I tuned 53.
A year ago I was fighting High Blood pressure, listless with no energy, wanted sleep way to much and eating horribly and not to mention around 20lbs heavier. Oh and on hormones (2X as hard to loose a Lb) All you newbies just stick with it, have patience don't worry about the how long or not it is taking. Every "Body" ..is different.
Today I have a long way to go weight wise, but I can see how positive the 16 ish lbs impact my overall health. We are having a Hellishly hot summer in Texas. Personally if by Christmas I can loose 20 more lbs I'll be a happy camper.
But here is what I like about Dukan..the weight is staying off, even through the holiday and a constant dining out regime. I manage to follow Dukan rather well. As one ages it is harder to loose & keep weight off, I'm no exception. But the PP days are the secret weapon in fighting weight.
