Hi i've been eating mayonnaise thinking it has no carbs in however i just looked at the ingredients and bam .. SUGAR :| is this not allowable thenn ?

Which mayo? full fat does have some in but just count the carbs from the bottle./jar x

Yes have full-fat and count the carbs as stated on the label. It is probably a very small amount. The fat-reduced versions probably have a bit more sugar to bulk them out!

Thanks it was Hellmans mayyonaise and i didnt think you could eat anything that had sugar on the label ? i found one in sainsburys with no added sugar so gunna use that one from now on.
