Good or bad?

I've been really hitting this diet hard for the past 2 weeks with the aid of 4 days a week in the gym and apedexin.

It was quite a surprise today when I took the scales out and I had lost 15lb!

Is this an unhealthy pace to be losing weight?

You advice would be appreciated :)
 
Hi CDavies, WOW! That's some loss I must say..but then that is typical of the male species...:D

Seriously tho', men do tend to lose the weight a lot quicker than women and especially when there is a considerable amount to lose as well. It's more than likely that it will slow down a bit as the weeks go by but even so it won't be long before you get to your goal.

I'm a prime example of a yoyo dieter. This time 3 years ago I was 21 stone.... This time last year I was 15 stone and now I'm back to square one.... Because when I get lazy, I get laaaazzzzyyy lol. This time it's for good though.

I've been back there myself and remember how happy I was when I was there. That's enough motivatio for me :) x
 
men tend to lose alot of weight fast when you start to diet - just stick to it and dont let people get to you with negative comments, you can do this just stick to it and have confidence in yourself!!!
