some advice please!!

hey all, how's it going,
Am crashing from the exante board soz!
I was steadily losing with healthy eating and exersize but being impatient i decided to whack the last stone off with exante shakes! Nearly at my goal now and i'm going to follow a fairly low carb lifestyle when i'm there as bread, pasta and cheese and onion pasties are my downfall lol!
So i've just spent ages makin a list of all the food i like so i can watch my carb intake till i'm a pro at the low-carb way (i live on salad, veg and chicken really with apples and carrots & celery for snacks with a fat free yogurt for a treat)

but then i've just read about 'Net' carbs, which changes all the numbers on my list...
So, if i were to limit my carbs to I was thinking about 100g a day to begin with, should i be counting the total carbs or net carbs? am proper confuzeled!!

x sacha x

Atkins say to look at the net carbs, to work out this look at the carbs in an item and take away the fibre, this will give you the NET carbs

so if carbs is 4 and fibre is 1.2, the net carb is 2.8. Hope this helps.
I have just left Exante and gone onto Harcombe diet with a little Atkins thrown in lol, good luck x
