Hey, I thought like everyone it would be easier for me to keep track if I kept a diary! I've been scanning through weightloss diaries on here for ages so time to put mine down.

I'm on extra easy and nearly down to my goal weight by just over half a stone so hopefully won't be doing this for too long!!

Here we go

Monday

Breakfast -

Ready Brek with Water (HEB) + 1tsp Jam (0.5 syns)

Lunch -

Fried Tuna in brine
Onion
Light Soy Sauce

Dinner -
Slimming World Mediterranean tray bake : Onions, vine tomatoes, garlic, chicken, new potatoes & herbs
Green Beans

125ml Milk (HEA)
Alpen Light Bar (5.0 syns)

Tuna Nicose Salad - Tuna steak, green beans, new potatoes, boiled eggs, olives, lettuce, tomato & fat free mustard dressing

Steak (no fat)

Green beans

I did have a few sips of an oero cookie milkshake made from semi skimmed milk not sure how many syns!!

Snack - Options hot chocolate 2syns

I'll find something else to have for my syns too....
