Hi all,

I'm an ex Cambridger with a serious yoyo history. I managed to get down to 11.8 a couple of years ago but am sat here now at 14.4

Decided to give exante a try as I have been seeing the fantastic results you are all getting at half of the price, unfortunately my delivery won't be here until between 16.03 - 17.03 so am going to start off with a couple of CD packs until then.

First goal is to lose 19lbs to get into the 12's

Thanks girls, am kind of hoping that even though it is still a vlcd because it is a different company with different products I will get back to the first golden time.

Going to find it hard only having the three packs a day though was use to 4 on CD because of my height.

Good luck, you'll be fantastic - i'm only on day 3 but no hunger or anything so far.

I'm so looking forward to when it all just becomes second nature again and you have to force yourself to have all your products a day.

I'm actually from sunny Hayling Island, just without the sun at the moment lol

Me too! Never done a VLCD before, so the thought of having to 'make' myself have my shakes and bars sounds too good to be true.

Ah yeah it's pretty minging at the mo isn't it? Least it puts me off the fags for a day - can't be bothered getting soaked for one!
