:cry:Am being greedy I know, but really thought I was on for at least a 2lb loss this week. I havent eaten off plan, have kept my syns within the required amount and have STS.
It s *week this week and am hoping that Im just retaining water.
Just having a whinge,

Also, even if we eat the same foods each week, we wouldn't lose the same amount each week. Our bodies just aren't like that!!
But yep, it'll be star week that's done it.

I know - this makes me so annoyed! I can eat the same stuff one week and lose 5lbs, and then a couple of weeks later eat the same stuff and lose 1lb. The only thing I ever know is that if I have been on plan all week I will not gain, which is comforting I suppose but it would be nice to be able to look at my diary on a week where i have lost loads and say, right I'll just do that again thanks in the full knowledge it will work again :(
 
You are not a machine! You can't do this, do that, press that button, and expect it to be the same as last time. Every week something will be different - hotter, colder, busier, lazier - and your body will react differently.

The blasted * week. When I wasn't doing SW I've been known to put on 7lbs before my * week.

Now that I'm doing SW I usually STS.

Next week will probably be a better loss. xx

When I used to go to group my then c said on *week it was possible to put on up to 10lb. X

Yep def down to *week - be grateful its only occasional and you should be pleased to have STS - mine can last for over a fortnight and usually result in a gain :(
