Cheating????

Hi,


Looking for a little bit of advice.
This is my third time on lipotrim. First time around was 2 years ago, I was 16 1/2 stone, lost a stone and a half in 3 weeks, and on week three I gave in and came off it.
Kept the weight off till I lost my job last year. Second time on LT was last Christmas, started at 15 and a half, again three weeks, a stone and a half, finished at 14 stone.
Didn't do as well keeping it off. Few bad things happened me, food, my aul comfort was close at hand.


So now third time around I'm back on it, three stone is the goal, and hopefully the mental strength to keep it off.

Only thing is I'm dreading week 3.
21 days is all I lasted before. Its the week I was plagued by doubts and the lack of flavour was killing me.
So to my question. I never cheated before on TFR, not a sip of a diet drink or a sneaky chip. This time around I told myself at the start that if it got bad I'd 'cheat', eat something but not come off just continue on.


Would it be so bad if I ate a bit of chicken and peppers?
I know I'd be out of ketosis, but surely I'd get back into quick enough and my weight loss wouldn't be too badly effected.
I've read on the odd forum about some people drinking diet coke throughout. How bad would it be to have the odd can?


My starting weight this time was 15 stone 8, (so back to pre Christmas weight tut tut) but I've lost 12 pounds the first week and its stressing me out that I won't get to week four, let alone just taking it one day at a time.
Any advice? Any one else break TFR, and continue succesfully? Or if I ate the odd refeed foods would it be so bad?

I was away at the weekend staying with relatives and stuck to plain meat with green leafy salad, stayed in ketosis. Personally I think so long as you stick to (virtually) zero carbs you'll be ok. You can have coke zero and stay in ketosis as it doesn't contain citric acid, but diet coke does.
