Hi everyone, I just re-started SW today after 4 years away! I got down from 10st 7lb to 9st 4lb last time so I know it works for me, now just got to get into the right mindset and commit, no giving up like I normally do on every other diet!

I mainly do green days, so here was day 1 for me:

Breakfast: 1 slice granary bread from 800g loaf (4.5 syns) with 1tsp flora (2 syns) and 1 tsp strawberry jam (1 syn).
Snack: 42g dried apple rings (HEXB)
Lunch: Tesco steam rice with vegetables (1 syn) with roasted beetroot in fry light. 14g grated cheddar (1/2 HEXA). Banana custard mullerlight yoghurt.
Snack: Creamy cheese mug shot (2 syns).
Dinner: Spaghetti bolognese made with measured mince beef (HEXB), tinned tomatoes, herbs, and 14g grated cheddar (1/2 HEXA).
325ml skimmed milk in tea throughout the day (HEXA).

Total syns: 10.5 and plan to start 30 Day Shred tonight! Very full and satisfied :)

Edit: changed my syns as I realised I had 3 HEXB's, whoops!
 
Day 2, so far so good but no 30DS yet, silly plans getting in the way! Going to an Ann Summers party tomorrow night straight after work so no chance of fitting it in then either :(

Breakfast: 1 slice of wholemeal (HEXB) with 1 tsp flora (2 syns) and 1 tsp jam (1 syn).
Mid morning: small hot choc from vending machine (3.5)
Lunch: tesco steam rice (1 syn) with leftover measured homemade beef bolognese (HEXB) and roasted beetroot. Mullerlight yoghurt.
Snack: creamy cheese mugshot (2 syns). Mini chupa chups lolly (1.5, if that)
Dinner: spaghetti with mediterranean veggies, tinned tomatoes, and 28g grated cheddar (HEXA).
Milk in tea (HEXA)

Total syns: 11

Totally don't feel like i'm on a diet! :D
 
Oh dear, had a dodgy 2 days due to lack of food in the house, and an ann summers party that involved booze and crisps, but i'm not deterred, re-starting today :)
 
Friday:

Day off, got up late, so grazed on a couple of alpen light bars during the morning (HEXB).
Lunch: 'fried' egg, 2 linda mccartney sausages (4 syns), 'fried' mushrooms, and baked beans.
Snack: sandwich made with 2 sliced 400g wholemeal (HEXB) and a light cheese triangle (bit of HEXA).
Dinner: tomato and onion pasta and sauce with another light triangle.

Milk throughout day (HEXA)

evening: 3 shots of vodka (7.5 syns)

Total syns: 11.5
 
Saturday:

Brunch: 'fry up' of baked beans, fried egg and mushrooms, 2 quorn sausages (old style) and 1 small slice wholemeal (1/2 HEXB) with 1 tsp flora lighter than light (0.5).
Snack: alpen light bar (1/2 HEXB)
Dinner: pasta bows with tuna (HEXB), sweetcorn and 2 tbsp light salad cream (4 syns). Saved some of this for when I got in later after drinking, good plan! :D
Dessert: muller light vanilla with choc sprinkles, strawberries, and 2 mini meringues (2 syns), crumbled on top, yum.
Milk throughout day (HEXA)

Chocolate mocha highlights drink (2 syns).

Then...4 shots of vodka (10 syns!)

Eek, total syns: 18.5...but easy to cut back for the rest of the week, i'll aim for 70 a week. Restarted on friday so that'll leave me 8 a day :)
 
Today (sunday)

Lunch: (don't get up early enough for brekky at weekends!) pasta with tuna (HEXB), sweetcorn, and 1 tbsp light salad cream (2) followed by an orange mullerlight with choc sprinkles.
Snack: roast chicken mugshot. Mini milk (1.5)
Dinner: cottage pie (mince HEXB, flora lighter than light in mash 0.5) with baked beans and cheese on top (HEXA). 1 asda mini meringue (1 syn).
Later on, choc fudge highlights drink (2).
Milk throughout day (HEXA).

Total syns: 7 :D and I also went for a 15 minute walk to the shops and swam for 15 mins in my friend's outdoor pool (heated but still quite chilly at 7pm!). Braved a (borrowed) bikini in public for the first time this year and didn't feel toooo bad, definately room for improvement though!

SW really couldn't be easier could it, I love it!
