Hi Guys, I'm Cassie. I was on atkins last may through to August on the induction period and did great on it but as I started to add carbs back in I fell off the wagon...and then never jumped back on. I'm now ready to start again, went shopping today and will be starting the diet again tomorrow. I'm not sure if any of you remember me but I'm looking forward to the journey ahead
