Moving to maintenance :)

Hey everyone, found out on Saturday i can move to maintenance and loose the rest of my weight there. Was over the moon, im now 3st lighter in 8 weeks!

Have 3 more stone to loose on maintenance as soon as i can but look forward to having a meal a day

Want to thank everyone in the forum who were so supportive and encouraging. Im sure i'll be back in the TFR forum though i dont think i could do without the help
