Yay, I've lost 8.5lb this week!
It's 1/2lb more than expected which is always a bonus!
I'm absolutely delighted
Onwards!!!

Hey I'm from thurrock I also lost 8lb so happy but I ate dinner ten mins before I got weighed so she said it was probably more than that!! Xx well done on ur loss
