Does anyone know the syn value of the orange berrocas?

Hi,

I know this probably isnt a help but I dont syn anything like that, whether its meds, vits, berroca etc as I think the health benefits far outweigh the syns, Unless you are knocking back 10 of them a day then I think one is fine!

Yeah I wouldn't usually but as it's not necessary and tastes so sweet I thought I had better check before going ahead thanks very much though!

There's a number of threads about this. I think the outcome was it works put at 2 syns a week, so not worth worrying about!
