Ideas for jacket potato fillings

We get free lunch provided to us at work and twice a week we get jacket potatoes brought in from a local sandwich shop.

The fillings that they bring in aren't very SW friendly, so just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for something I can take in with me. Either meat or veggie ideas will be good.

I don't want to be stuck with either cheese or beans which is all I can think of! :(

i like tuna mayo in my jacket spud.

i believe the tuna is free if its in brine (on ee) and if you get hellmans lighter than light mayo its 1/2 a syn per tablespoon (but really for one person, you dont need that much at all)

or you could make a syn free chilli and have that with the potato :)

I don't know if you have access to a microwave or fridge? How about

Prawns in a low fat Marie Rose sauce (kraft do a low SYN one) prawns can be used as a HEB on a green day or free on EE

Tuna & sweetcorn in extra Light Mayo

Tinned spaghetti (free on green)

On my recipe thread I have a veggie recipe for Chilli Non Carne

0% Fat free Greek Yogurt with some smoked salmon & capers/chopped cucumber/chopped gherkins

Reheated tinned mushrooms with melted cheese

Homemade Coleslaw

Homemade Ratatouille
