Week 2.. Weigh in on Tuesday!! Going out of my mind! Can't believe I think of food SO much. I have 1 more stone to loose, seriously thinking of slimming world for it? Any ideas? Or does week 3 get better? Wk 2 worse than wk1.. :(
 
I'm just at the end of week one on Lipotrim and I've stopped feeling hungry. It's just the habit of eating that keeps taking my mind to food, I've just been trying to distract myself with things, going for a walk, cleaning, anything really.
 
It is hard and the fact is probably only 5-10% of those that start these VLCD's actually stick to them. But I truly believe they are the winners. They are the ones that manage to escape fat bodies which cause so much distress....go girl.
 
Hi There, I found week 3 the hardest. It's then i realised what have i let myself in for. However I managed to get through it, and it's been alot better since. You will get the occasional day where it's super tough, but you just need to power through it.

In fact there was a poster on here called Leluna (i think) and she posted something which i kept and read everytime i'm struggling and thinking of giving up:

"keep goin...
dont let go...
if you do you will be so annoyed and upset at yourself.....
you deserve this and can do it...
its a small time out of your life...
a small sacrifice that is so worth it in the end.....
do it for you and stay strong!"
